Description

Hard hats is made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), light weight, 6-point helmet Nylon suspension provides better impact resistance, approval CE EN397 (Electrical insulation: 440V a.c.), no exposed metal parts, safety helmets made in Taiwan.

Impact protection:

In the following shocks, the suspension design of the 6-point helmet, plus four pointed cones at the junction of each hat ring and the cap shell, will absorb part of the impact when an impact occurs, providing users with More impact protection. It can protect the user's head so that the impact force transmitted to the head does not exceed 5 kN. (According to European standards, a standard 5 kg striker falls from a height of 1000 mm and hits the Safety Helmets.)

Penetration protection:

Hard hat should provide adequate protection for the wearer's head and prevent any injury caused by the puncture striker. (According to European standards, a standard 3 kg puncture striker falls from a height of 1000 mm and hits the Hard hat.)

Chin Strap (Optional):

Passed American and European standards, and obtained EN397, ANSI Z89.1 certification, which helps to wear the helmet more firmly and avoid harm to the wearer.

In order to prevent the chin strap from loosening prematurely or strangling the user's head and causing injury, the chin strap must not fall off or break before 150N, it will loosen or break between 150N and 250N.
