The MUSSE MU-40102 Hard Hat Earmuffs are professionally engineered to offer optimal hearing conservation for workers requiring simultaneous head and ear protection. Designed for seamless integration, they easily snap on and off compatible safety helmets (specifically MUSSE models MU-27120 through MU-27129). This secure attachment eliminates the discomfort of layering traditional headbands under hard hats, providing a streamlined and highly effective safety solution for construction sites, manufacturing plants, and heavy industrial zones.
Durability and wearer comfort are at the core of the MU-40102 design. The earmuffs are constructed with a high-tensile POM (polyoxymethylene) adapter headband, ensuring strong mechanical reliability and long-lasting performance even with frequent adjustments. To combat ear fatigue during prolonged shifts, the ear cups are lined with plush, soft PVC cushions that maintain a gentle but highly effective acoustic seal. Available in high-visibility Yellow/Black and Red/Black color configurations, these earmuffs weigh only 271g and are rigorously tested to meet stringent ANSI S3.19/12.42 and CE EN352-3 international safety standards.
